Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

• United States: 7–15 business days

• Canada: 7–18 business days

• Australia: 7–18 business days

• Europe: 8–20 business days

• Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
